Who we are
We are social housing specialists and property professionals, committed to connecting the right people with the right homes, guided by integrity, teamwork and a real wish to make a positive difference.
FR Property Solutions was set up with a clear purpose: to close the growing gap between property owners and the organisations working to house vulnerable people across England.
We keep asking ourselves how we can be of real value. By working alongside like-minded partners, we aim to leave a lasting impact and help build better housing solutions for the people who need them most.
Purpose
To make life safer for vulnerable people by providing secure, high-quality homes. We work closely with local authorities, housing providers and landlords to meet a wide range of housing needs across England.
Method
We are the link between property owners and social housing providers, building strong partnerships that benefit everyone involved. Every home in our network is well maintained, compliant and fit for purpose.
Our principles
Every property in our network is safe, compliant and genuinely suitable for the people living there. No shortcuts.
We are open and honest with every partner, whether landlord, council or provider. Trust is the foundation of everything we do.
We succeed when our partners succeed. Tackling the housing crisis takes teamwork, not working alone.
