We source and match quality accommodation for housing providers, charities and local councils, helping you meet the housing needs of vulnerable people quickly and compliantly.
We believe solving the housing crisis takes collaboration. Accommodation has to be fit for purpose, with the right schemes in place to build strong foundations for better lives.
That is why we partner with local authorities, charities, housing associations and councils to source and coordinate the housing your communities need most.

How we work together
A simple process from first contact to ongoing partnership
01
Initial conversation
We learn about your organisation, your housing needs and the types of tenants you are looking to place.
02
Property sourcing
We identify suitable, compliant properties that match your criteria: location, size, accessibility and tenant needs.
03
Viewing coordination
We arrange the first viewing between the landlord and your housing options team. Tenant placement from there is managed directly by you.
04
Ongoing management
Once placed, day-to-day matters sit between you and the landlord. We will usually be in touch when it is time to renew the agreement, and we are always available in between should you need us.
Property standards
All properties meet our minimum requirements, no exceptions
General condition
Clean, well maintained and structurally sound. Carpets or laminate flooring, curtain tracks and blinds installed throughout.
Safety features
Mains-connected smoke alarms, heat detectors and CO monitors. Window restrictors, fire doors and extinguishers where required.
Compliance certificates

Furnishings & appliances
